Requirements

JobResponsibilities WillInclude

  • Developand pitch creative influencer partnershipproposals
  • Playa key role in the Talent Management Team maintaining databasesgenerating reports and crafting compellingpresentations
  • Serveas the primary liaison between clients sales teams and influencersensuring seamless communication and project
  • Leadbrainstorming and strategic planning sessions for campaignideation
  • Designinfluencer marketing campaigns supervising from ideation through topostcampaignanalysis
  • Trainand guide team members within the talent division to foster theirprofessional growth and enhance teamperformance
  • ExpandITP s influencer network to encompass a broader range of platformsincluding but not limited to Facebook Snapchat Instagram TikTokYouTube andTwitch
  • Maintainand enhance relationships with internal teams providing exceptionalservice and representation for both brands andinfluencers
  • Analyzecampaign outcomes and communicate insights and recommendations tothe managementteam.

Requirements

  • Proventrack record in account management and clientservice.
  • Exceptionalreporting and presentationskills.
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Minimumof five years experience in advertising marketing or influencermarketing at a midtoseniorlevel.
  • Experiencein a clientfacing role isessential.
  • Familiaritywith the MENA gaming scene including PC and console platforms isnot a must but highlydesirable.
  • Energeticselfstarter eager to tackle new projects andideas.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with fluency in both Arabic andEnglish.
