What you'll do
  1. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data confidentiality.
  2. Support recruitment, onboarding, and job posting activities.
  3. Manage HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
  4. Coordinate training programs and drive process improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance, prepare reports, and update HR systems.
Who You Are
  1. University degree or certification in Human Resources Management.
  2. Minimum 3 years as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  4. Strong HR knowledge, including UAE Labor Law and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication, administration, and people management skills.
