Human Resource Officer

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Staff Management:
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to nurses and other homecare staff.Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure that all HR practices comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Training & Development:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.Payroll & Benefits:
Manage payroll processes and benefits administration. Address any issues related to compensation and benefits.Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in homecare.Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, healthcare regulations, and homecare operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Attributes:
