Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Midis Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the HR strategy and guiding the overall delivery of services, policies, and programs through various initiatives. This includes leading the change management process and projects, acting as a point of contact with employees, and ensuring a healthy and positive employee/employer relationship by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop human resources related plans and strategies supporting the organization's vision and implement efforts towards the achievement of the overall business objectives.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide overall leadership and guidance to the human resources function by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, retention, training, and reward system.
  • Change Management: Apply change management strategies and initiatives coping with new challenges and market dynamics.
  • Recruiting and Retention: Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a managerial position.
