Speaker& StakeholderManagement:

  • You willidentify and engage highprofile speakersglobally.
  • You will build and maintainrelationships with speakers government bodies and industryassociations in order to maintain customer service standardsensuring your products remain relevant and ontopic.
  • You will coordinate speaker logisticsfor conferences and assist with onsite duties as required for theduration of theevent.

Event Logistics&Execution:

  • You willensure seamless planning and execution of events by overseeinglogistical operations.
  • You will guarantee ahighquality attendee experience maintaining standards across theeventportfolio.

Stakeholder& PartnerEngagement:

  • You willcollaborate with internal teams sponsors and stakeholders to ensurethat event goals align with partner needs and commercialobjectives.
  • You will engage with partners tocreate alternative content outside the core eventschedule.

Innovation& ContinuousImprovement:

  • You willcontinuously evaluate and improve event formats incorporating newtrends technologies and methodologies.
  • You willfoster creativity to introduce innovative conference elements tostand out in theindustry.

Budget& TeamManagement:

  • You willmanage budgets for speakerrelated activities to ensure costefficiency.
  • You will train and mentor teammembers enhancing their professionaldevelopment.

Qualifications:

Essential

Experience

  • Youwill have at least a minimum of 7 years of experience inconference production and producing largescale conferences withexperience managing teams and stakeholderengagement.
  • You will have proven experienceworking with government and industryassociations.

Skills

  • Youwill have strong organisation researchbased content creationcopywriting and marketing skills.
  • You will beproficient in English both verbal andwritten.
  • You will be proficient in the use ofMicrosoft Word Excel and other relevantsoftware.

CommercialAwareness

  • You will havethe ability to blend content development with commercial strategiescreating a balance between business objectives and engagingexperiences. 
  • You will have brand andmarketawareness.

Desirable:

  • Previousexperience in the B2B / B2C eventsindustry.
  • Spoken and written Arabic would be adistinctadvantage.
