YOURMISSION

TheJunior Manager Online Sales is responsible for driving profitableand sustainable market share and net sales growth for thirdpartyonline business accounts while respecting global and local PUMAstrategies. The position provides vital support to the SeniorManager OnlineSales.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensivekey account management of the assigned onlineaccounts.
  • Represent assigned online accountsinternally and vice versa and be the main point of contact foronline sales.
  • Provide the highest level ofservice and product expertise each season from sellin to sell thrudriven by PUMA strategic goals.
  • Participate andexecute seasonal online channel business plans that support salesand gross margin targets.
  • Achieve monthlyquarterly and halfyear and annual sales targets and supportrelevant forecast planning on a monthlybasis.
  • Identify sales opportunities in theonline wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate with theCustomer Service Department to follow up on orders processedinternally in both preorders and immediate and verify pricingdiscounts and product numbers.
  • Follow up oncustomer order books for the season by monitoring stock on hand anddelivery notes.
  • Propose new opportunities tocustomers by checking stock opportunities and supplyreplenishment.
  • Responsible for customerspayments and internal flow of the payment process setting paymentterms/ discounts.
  • Tackle inefficient businessprocesses and improve the customer serviceexperience.
  • Support Senior Manager Online Saleswhen working with the Marketing Department to executive dedicatedplans by season. Assist in the development and execution of onlineaccounts related to seasonal marketingplans.
  • Coordinate and support crossfunctionalprojects.
