Job Description:

The Compensation Strategy Lead will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including current and new initiatives, executive compensation, LTIP management, equitable practices, budgeting support, benefits leadership, wellbeing, and proactive market trend analysis for real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Compensation Initiatives:
  1. Participate in strategic planning and implementation of new compensation initiatives, leading the process as necessary.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful roll-out and adoption of new compensation programs.
Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the VP of Total Rewards & Org Effectiveness, occasionally working with the Chief People & Culture Officer.Required Skills and Qualifications:
