We are seeking an experienced Performance-Based Compensation Expert to join our HR team at Atlantis Resort. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing performance-based compensation programs that drive business success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in designing and implementing performance-based compensation strategies. You will work closely with the Manager, Compensation & Benefits to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement performance-based compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders
- Support the implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
