About the Opportunity:

As a Front Office Operations Coordinator at Applicable Limited, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation and deployment of property management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong supporting relationships with customers, using phone calls and emails as primary communication channels.
  • Implementation Management: Ensure successful deployment of property management systems at properties level, verifying all necessary information is provided, received, and verified.
  • Skills Requirements: Possess excellent customer service skills, fluency in Portuguese and English languages, and prior hotel work experience in front-office or direct customer interface roles.
