Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office area, including managing incoming and outgoing courier/logistics entries.
- Handle visitor logs, appointment schedules, and office coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, or documents when required.
- Coordinate with admin and HR for daily office requirements.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
To be successful as a Front Office Coordinator, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Basic knowledge of front desk equipment (printers, intercoms, etc.).
