Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in an upscale hotel or resort environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and European languages is highly desirable.
  • Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
