Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Offer onsite post-go-live assistance for ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with clients to identify their needs, document support cases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of functionalities.
  • Client Support: Provide daily technical support and guidance to clients using management software (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, FIS, etc.). Address and resolve software-related inquiries.
  • Software Configuration: Assist clients with system configurations, customizations, and optimizations tailored to their business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to the software, working closely with client IT teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients on software usage and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and client FAQs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and consultants, to ensure smooth software implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing proactive support and recommendations.
  • Software Updates & Maintenance: Stay informed about the latest software releases, patches, and industry best practices, advising clients on necessary updates or system enhancements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with finance management software solutions or Financial ERP (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval, Oracle Dynamics, etc.).
  • Skills: Basic knowledge in accounting and finance with a strong understanding of financial systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Client-focused: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or support role.
  • Knowledge of finance operations, cash management, financial risk management, etc.
