ERP Support Consultant

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a seasoned ERP Support Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to clients utilizing financial management software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, document support cases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of functionalities.
  • Client Support: Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to clients using the management software, responding to and resolving software-related queries.
  • Software Configuration: Assist clients with system configurations, customizations, and optimization to suit their business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to the software, working closely with client IT teams and vendors if needed.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients on software usage and best practices, developing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and client FAQs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and consultants, to ensure smooth software implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing proactive support and recommendations.
  • Software Updates & Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, patches, and industry best practices, advising clients on necessary updates or system enhancements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with finance management software solutions or Financial ERP (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval, Oracle Dynamics, etc.).
  • Skills: Basic knowledge in accounting and finance, strong understanding of financial systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or support role.
  • Knowledge of Finance operations, cash management, financial risk management, etc.
