Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operations and system performance.
Financial Module Implementation:
Assist in implementing and optimizing the financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) in line with accounting standards and business requirements.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using ERP functionalities, recommending solutions that enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical and functional support to finance users and other departments, assisting in delivering training sessions on ERP functionalities to ensure users understand the system.
Data Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system, regularly reviewing and validating data for consistency and compliance with internal controls.
System Upgrades and Integration:
Assist with ERP upgrades, integrations with other systems, and new module deployments, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Troubleshooting:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure the ERP system is compliant with financial regulations and standards, supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and data.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and analytics for management, providing insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Store & Operations) to understand business needs and align the ERP system accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Intermediate Chartered Accountant (or equivalent accounting qualification).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system management with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics.

Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system configuration and customization.
o Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
o Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and financial reporting within ERP systems.
o Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting and database tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
o Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and accounting qualifications are highly desirable.
