  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure visual displays meet organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve visual merchandising efforts.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and retail merchandising expertise.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
