Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking a visionary Art Director to spearhead the creative vision and direction for our brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of sophisticated and elevated womenswear collections.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative mood boards for campaigns and photoshoots that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Develop and manage multiple creative projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments (Product, Design, Graphic Design, Photography, etc.) to drive successful project outcomes.
- Drive photoshoot planning, including budgeting, casting, and location scouting, to meet the brand's visual goals.
- Manage both studio and outdoor photoshoots to deliver high-quality visuals on time and within budget.
- Leverage your expertise to work effectively with both small and large creative teams, including freelance creators.
Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess a creative spark, able to bring fresh ideas to life through your work.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.
- Showcase proficiency in digital creative work, including online content and design.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of design basics like layout, typography, and web design limitations.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field (or similar experience).
- Proficient in industry-standard design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Able to utilize MS Office for effective communication and organization.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
