We are seeking an experienced Head of Proposal Management to lead our bids and proposals team in Dubai. As Head of Proposal Management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

  • The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of bid writers and coordinators.
  • You will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to win new business.
  • The team is well-established, with a proven track record of delivering successful proposals. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our focus on customer satisfaction.
  • As Head of Proposal Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality proposals.
