Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
- Develop and implement innovative pastry menus and concepts that align with the resort's culinary vision.
- Collaborate with other culinary teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in all pastry products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or resort environment.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of pastry arts, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
