Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft innovative concepts, strategic initiatives, and accompanying presentation materials to meet the marketing objectives of leading advertising clients through creative strategies on Snapchat.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with partners across client and agency landscapes to comprehend their business aspirations.
  • Inspire and educate clients and agencies to approach Snapchat with a fresh perspective through impactful presentations and pitches.
  • Stay informed about cultural and social trends, as well as customer sentiments and attitudes.
  • Provide constructive feedback on campaign designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to formulate and execute long-term brand and partnership strategies aligned with client and Snap's business goals.
  • Manage multiple clients and sectors effectively.
  • Foster strong connections with account executives, account managers, producers, sales leads, and management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive scalable client solutions.
  • Partner with other members of the Creative Strategy team, both locally and globally, to share best practices and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing several projects and clients while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital and mobile marketing, with the ability to devise strategies for social platforms utilizing various formats.
  • Experience in creating innovative creative experiences and developing impactful strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cultural norms and nuances of the region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, from both brand and audience perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing exceptional creative ideas and solutions applicable in both digital and traditional media.
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing and the ability to create brilliant strategies that address business needs across diverse clients.
  • Outstanding capability to understand and resolve any advertising challenges.
  • Ability to command a room and clearly articulate innovative advertising solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google suite products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote.
