Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate innovative concepts, strategies, and initiatives, along with presentation materials, to meet the marketing objectives of leading advertising clients through creative solutions on Snapchat.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with partners across client organizations and agencies to comprehend their business aspirations.
  • Inspire and educate clients and agencies to adopt a fresh perspective on Snapchat through impactful presentations and pitches.
  • Stay informed about cultural and social trends, as well as customer perceptions and attitudes.
  • Provide insights and feedback on campaign design.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to devise and execute long-term brand and partnership strategies aligned with client and Snap's business goals.
  • Manage multiple clients and sectors effectively.
  • Build strong connections with account executives, account managers, producers, sales leads, and management.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop scalable client solutions.
  • Engage with other members of the Creative Strategy team, both locally and globally, to share best practices and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Capability to handle several projects and clients while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital and mobile marketing, including strategy development for social platforms utilizing various formats.
  • Experience in crafting innovative creative experiences and formulating impactful strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, advertising, or a closely related area.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cultural norms and nuances specific to the region, particularly Saudi Arabia, from both brand and audience perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of generating exceptional creative ideas and solutions across digital and offline mediums.
  • Strong grasp of brand marketing and the ability to devise brilliant strategies that address diverse business needs.
  • Outstanding capability to understand and resolve any advertising challenges.
  • Confidence in leading discussions and articulating innovative advertising solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe Suite, and Keynote.
