Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Real Estate Support

Company: Combuzz HR Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee attendance for sales and leasing teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage incoming calls from potential clients and listings, providing excellent customer service.
  • Distribute new leads to the appropriate team members and enter data into our system.
  • Publish and manage property listings on multiple portals, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to keep listings competitive and up-to-date.
  • Act as the technical liaison between the Marketing Team and major platforms like Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle.
  • Create and maintain CRM entries for off-plan projects, including detailed research and updates.
  • Ensure CRM reflects current sales and leasing activities, assisting advisors with deal submissions and reporting to the Project Director.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Leasing Advisors, especially during peak times as directed by the Project Director.
  • Prepare and coordinate essential documents for real estate transactions, including lease forms and agreements.
  • Utilize knowledge of RERA and DLD rules to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of off-plan/secondary experience in the Real Estate sector within the UAE.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role (real estate industry preferred).
  • Candidates must either be on their own visa (sponsored by themselves, family, or spouse) or have a valid UAE residency visa.
  • Status preference: Single.
  • Gender preference: Female.
  • Nationality preference: Filipino.
  • Salary: 3000 AED.
