Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site visits to assess project specifications and client requirements.
  2. Product recommendations based on client needs and Delta's portfolio.
  3. Project BOQ preparation for sales teams.
  4. Technical presentations to explain solutions and ensure compliance with project specs.
  5. Unit testing and commissioning (if required).
  6. Compliance and documentation maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  2. Experience in UPS and battery systems, cooling solutions, and data center application products.
  3. Hands-on experience in UPS commissioning, technical support, or field engineering.
  4. Certifications like CDCP, CDCDP, or PMP are preferred.
  5. Strong knowledge of UPS topologies and battery technologies and calculations.
  6. Familiarity with data center infrastructure components.
  7. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and SLDs.
  8. AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
  9. Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and system optimization.
  11. Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and product management teams.
