Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Design: Develop and implement customer-centric design solutions that enhance the overall customer experience across our Business Banking products and services.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
