Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Prepare and manage schedules for all employees, ensuring adequate manpower at all times, in accordance with the outlet's manpower guide.
- Outlet Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the assigned outlet, adhering to hotel standards and health codes.
- Promotions and Purchasing: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to plan and execute promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Ensure that all areas of the outlet meet the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene, in accordance with hotel policies and health codes.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, as set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and propose training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager, to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills to achieve the highest level of professionalism.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the correct handling and maintenance of equipment to minimize breakages and losses, in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
