  • Generation of insights, performance, operations, strategies/plans for competitors, customers, and channels.
  • Collaboration with Marketing to ensure all launch activities are executed.
  • Leadership of the development and deployment of the Route to Market Strategy.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of partnership management with distributors/customers.
  • Strong sales profile with an affinity for marketing and communication.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market.
  • Strong skills in RTM/RGM Management, building scorecards, and promo planning.
  • A good understanding of P/L.
  • Executional excellence.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Power BI would be advantageous.
