About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong track record in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, conducting high-volume cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and website development (Training will be given on services).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting, focusing on expanding the company's client base.
- Cold Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, showing resilience and adaptability to achieve sales objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, etc.) to confidently present solutions that meet client needs.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized digital marketing solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, effectively conveying service benefits and value propositions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage all sales opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates on each lead.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, articulating the value of services to close sales effectively.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine and adapt sales approaches.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to stay updated on new offerings and promotional strategies to enhance client pitches.
- Client Onboarding: Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, creating a positive experience from the start.
- Customer Retention: Maintain relationships post-sale, looking for upsell opportunities and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Engage in sales training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Demonstrate resilience when handling objections and adapt sales tactics to match various client needs and personalities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a strong record in digital marketing or related services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly through cold calling and direct outreach.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
