  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • You will source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • You should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
