Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the business, expand the brand's presence, and increase revenue.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing profitability.
  • Training & Development: Provide training, operational guidance, and best practices to restaurant teams to ensure consistent quality across all locations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of all outlets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all outlets adhere to health, safety, and company standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-unit operations and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • UAE Experience is a Must.
