**Job Title:** Senior HR Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Transformation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement HR processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR transformation initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR transformation best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and manage HR transformation budgets and resource plans.
  • Measure and report on HR transformation progress and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 12 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ideally Oracle Peoplesoft and E Business systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Big 4 firm is essential.
  • Experience in business development and pre-sales is key.
  • Also experience in consulting or internal HR functions would be ideal.
  • An undergraduate degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any relevant degree, MBA, or a relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
  • Certifications in related methodologies, including PMP, CIPD, SHRM, and Lean Six Sigma, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Demonstrate leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrate ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Ability to operate and understand project management disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours.
  • Willingness to travel (required).
