Job Title: Senior HR Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Transformation Consultant to join our team at Menasa & Partners FZ-LLC. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will lead the implementation and optimization of our HR systems.
  • Big 4 Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Big 4 firm is essential, with a strong understanding of business development, pre-sales, and delivery/implementation.
  • Business Development and Pre-Sales: You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Consulting or Internal HR Function: Experience in consulting or internal HR functions would be ideal, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Education and Certifications: An undergraduate degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field, with an MBA or relevant master's degree being a plus. Certifications in related methodologies, including PMP, CIPD, SHRM, and Lean Six Sigma, are also desirable.
  • Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
  • Leadership and Team-Building: You will demonstrate leadership and team-building capabilities, with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to operate and understand project management disciplines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • MS Office Applications: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel is required.
