Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Process and forward emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings with our MD and remind him of upcoming appointments.
- Keep track of attendance for office staff, MEP engineers, solar engineers, and GRP personnel.
- Book travel arrangements and make necessary reservations.
- Prepare utility bills and ensure timely payments.
- Source stationery supplies and compare prices from different vendors.
- Receive invoices from suppliers, stamp them, and forward them to the accounts department.
- Post job openings on Indeed and distribute relevant information to the HR manager.
Tenancy Management:
- Monitor tenancy renewals and prepare necessary documents.
- Update records for tenancy particulars, bookings, and other important information.
- Follow up on returned cheques and communicate with tenants accordingly.
