Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Prescription Exceptions: Resolve claim rejects and member and physician outreach to ensure timely and accurate processing of prescriptions.
  • Enter Member Demographics and Prescription Information: Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system to maintain accurate records.
  • Research and Resolve Rejected Insurance Billing Issues: Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues to minimize delays and ensure seamless processing.
  • Assist with Patient and Physician Calls: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inbound and outbound patient and physician calls to address queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Hold an active PTCB and state FL License in Pharmacy as mandatory.
