Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Processing: Resolve prescription exceptions, including claim rejects and member/physician outreach, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Data Entry: Enter member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Assist with inbound and outbound patient/physician calls, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Active PTCB and state FL License in Pharmacy are mandatory.
