Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from customer care associates, maintain metrics, and provide guidance and feedback to develop staff knowledge.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist clinical pharmacists, complete tickets, and maintain advanced understanding of Amazon Pharmacy's policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as a primary point of contact for escalated calls, handle issues, and follow through until resolution.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Manage reporting of customer complaints, investigate pharmacy errors, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work autonomously, proactively identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with teammates to achieve quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: 6+ months of relevant experience working with computer and web-based tools, and experience recognizing and identifying patient medications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
  • Skills: Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
