Job Purpose:

The primary role of the Senior Application Support Specialist / Application Owner is to deliver essential technical assistance related to various software applications and system-level tools.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of software applications along with their corresponding hardware and network frameworks.
  • Managing the change management process from the initiation of changes through analysis, implementation, and deployment.
  • Overseeing contracts and licenses associated with applications and their respective vendors.

  • Validating health check reports provided by vendors and partners.

  • Conducting periodic evaluations of production incidents and ensuring root cause analysis is performed for critical issues.
  • Staying informed about the latest technology trends, standards, and practices.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage official correspondence and communications received by the Executive Director's Office, ensuring necessary actions are taken.
  2. Preserve correspondence and official documents within a cohesive document management system.
  3. Track the status of messages received from various sectors and departments.
  4. Prepare for evaluations related to the Executive Director's Office.
  5. Assume the responsibilities of the Executive Director's secretary during their absence.
  6. Compile monthly reports concerning correspondence directed to the Executive Director.
  7. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence through the designated system.
  8. Coordinate with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board to ensure compliance with directives.
  9. Ensure that correspondences without a specified end date are addressed within a two-month timeframe.
  10. Guarantee timely provision and completion of all requirements.
  11. Receive messages requiring the Executive Director's approval and forward them to the relevant authority post-approval.
  12. Conduct periodic updates of shared files.
  13. Follow up on matters related to the Executive Director's Office and execute assigned tasks, including meeting minutes and presentations.
