We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Manager to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in the UAE market.

The successful candidate will promote our services to potential customers, focusing on company formation, licensing, and other business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in the UAE.
  • Promote Filings services to potential customers, focusing on company formation, licensing, and other business services.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained.
  • Achieve sales targets by engaging with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics to meet KPIs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and support business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – essential for communication with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business formation and corporate services in the UAE is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
