We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive business growth through effective people management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor legislation, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to foster healthy employee relations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process and designing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process and hosting in-house recruitment events
  • Maintaining HR procedures and reviewing departmental budgets
  • Ensuring HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner and organizing learning and development programs

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and ATS, and a BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology. An MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
