Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Full-Stack Development: Design and develop full-stack solutions, including front-end and back-end components, using a range of technologies such as JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and server-side programming languages like.Net, Java, Ruby, and Python.
  • Database Management: Work with DBMS technologies like SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL, as well as caching mechanisms like Redis, Memcached, and Varnish.
  • Server Administration: Manage and maintain Nginx or Apache servers, with a solid background in Linux.
  • System Visualization: Visualize proposed systems involving API integration with back-end and data pipelines, and build them.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that our solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development of our technical strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, architect, or engineer with core hands-on experience.
  • Skills: Expert-level skills in server-side programming languages, front-end technologies, database management, and server administration.
