Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for guiding the development of web portals and mobile applications from concept to deployment. This role requires a blend of leadership and technical expertise, as well as hands-on development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing web portals and mobile applications.
  • Full Stack Development: Oversee both frontend and backend development tasks, developing and maintaining application features using a variety of technologies.
  • Architecture and Design: Define and implement the technical architecture for portal and mobile applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables, managing project timelines and allocating tasks.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and implementing automated testing strategies to maintain high-quality codebases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements and user needs into functional and engaging interfaces, collaborating with business analysts to gather and refine requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, addressing and resolving any technical issues or bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and development guides.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance development processes and application functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of leading development teams and building and deploying web portals and mobile applications.
