  4. Job Card and Quotation Management: Create job cards, quotations, warranties, and annual maintenance plans via ERP according to customer needs.

  6. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled smoothly.
