  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes to policies and practices.
  • HR Audits: Meticulously manage HR Audits and ensure the compliance of processes and policies.
Process Improvement:
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Workflow Streamlining: Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows and ensure a seamless employee experience.
