About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at S&P Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack solutions and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions and APIs, integrating with enterprise applications and ensuring seamless user experiences.
  3. Front-End Development: Develop front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery, and LESS.
  4. Back-End Development: Develop server-side programming languages, including.Net, Java, Ruby, and Python, and integrate with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL.
  5. DevOps: Work with Nginx or Apache servers, with a solid background in Linux, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  6. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
  7. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems, identify solutions, and implement them in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, architect, or engineer with core hands-on experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in integrating, evaluating, deploying, and operationalizing scalable full-stack and web-application solutions and APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing front-end technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party libraries.
  • 5+ years of experience with server-side programming languages.
  • 5+ years of experience with DBMS technology.
  • 3+ years of basic UI/UX design ability.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Nginx or Apache servers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker and influencer with demonstrated technical and business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with full-stack engineering development for deep learning and LLM solutions.
  • Contributing to GitHub and open-source initiatives or in research projects.
