Job Purpose

As a key interface between business users and project managers, you will gather information, document processes, and confirm final business requirements documents with users.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize them.
  2. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  3. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  5. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  6. Perform requirements analysis.
  7. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documents and reports.
  8. Work closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  9. Facilitate the right design sessions with the project implementation team.
  10. Deliver the correct elements of system design, business rules, and other relevant deliverables.
  11. Break down technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements.
  12. A Business Partner directly communicates with relevant stakeholders and is responsible for transferring this knowledge to the project development teams.
  13. Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
  14. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  15. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  16. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of demands.
  17. Contribute to the achievement of Department objectives by executing/achieving the KPIs assigned by the line manager and submitting relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.

Requirements

Total of 10 years of IT experience with 3 years of Business Analysis experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Good domain knowledge in Ports, Customs, Free zone, Logistics/Trade, and broad domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Procurement, Maintenance, Integrated payment, Master data management.

Preferred

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
