Job Overview

The Client Engagement Manager role centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products, with a focus on building robust relationships with clients based on transparency and trust.

This involves liaising with sales support, operations team, finance department, and corporate trainers to ensure clients are informed of our products and services and the status of their applications.

In addition, this role requires sourcing and generating new leads to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Monitor and drive sales initiatives to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Respond to Client Queries: Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations, especially in challenging situations.
  • Spearhead Business Development: Spearhead business development strategies to unlock new sales opportunities and forge professional partnerships.
  • Participate in CRM Activities: Participate actively in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance sales prowess.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-10 years of sales-client relationship experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and client engagement.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Portuguese or Spanish is required.
