Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base in IB's, manage and grow existing accounts. A strong background in B2B sales within the financial or Forex industry, with a deep understanding of Forex trading, liquidity solutions, and the specific needs of institutional clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence within the B2B Forex sector.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target key institutional clients, including brokers, hedge funds, and financial institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with these clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our Forex products and services, including liquidity solutions, trading platforms, and risk management tools. Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies. Close deals that align with the company's financial and strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding of the sales team.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine the sales process, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of [4] years of experience in B2B sales in the Forex or financial services industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, trading platforms, and liquidity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Forex-specific trading platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
