Job Summary
Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably within the Medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources, including data mining techniques and networking.
- Demonstrated success in filling a variety of roles at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects of federal and state Human Resource laws and practices.
- Professional Services and Consulting experience is a plus.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
