Main Responsibilities

The Commercial Partnership Executive will be responsible for driving sales operations and relationship development with our partners across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities include ensuring local visibility and performance of the Maison, while maintaining operational excellence for consumers to receive a seamless client-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Account Management:
    • Collaborate with the Commercial Partnership Manager to develop the annual and mid-term strategy of the network.
    • Ensure each point of sale has proper assortments and stock, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
    • Support the implementation of action plans to increase network sell-out.
    • Coordinate visual merchandising implementation with the VM Manager.
    • Collect and follow up on past due payments in coordination with the finance department.
    • Monitor and comply with customer credit limits.
    • Develop a business-oriented approach and positive mindset in the network by supporting the Commercial Partnership Manager through monthly meetings with Boutique Managers/POS Managers.
  2. Client Treatment:
    • Act as an Ambassador of the Brand.
    • Support the CRM Manager in driving CRM objectives.
    • Launch and monitor CRM activities within the boutiques.
    • Ensure data capture and follow-up systems are in place in all boutiques for walk-in clients, prospects, CS, and reservations.
    • Monitor the quality of CRM data capture with the CRM Manager.
  3. Marketing & Supply Chain:
    • Validate and allocate products/quotas in coordination with the Operations Manager.
    • Follow up on sell-out trends regularly in coordination with Operations.
    • Discuss and align with the Marketing Manager/Commercial Partnership Manager on the marketing and communication yearly plan per market.
    • Identify and report event opportunities and local communication needs with the Marketing Manager/Commercial Partnership Manager.
    • Support and participate in trade shows and expos in coordination with all departments.
  4. Training Coordination:
    • Support the yearly training plan in coordination with the Training Manager.
    • Ensure trainings on Boutique operations and Retailization program are rolled out across all boutiques.
    • Support the Commercial Partnership Manager in delivering the brand strategy and commercial objectives.
