Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations:
    • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Create and update expense reports to facilitate reimbursement and budgeting.
    • Enter financial transactions into internal databases to maintain accurate records.
    • Maintain digital and physical financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed to facilitate timely payment.
    • Review and file payroll documents to ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • Participate in quarterly and annual audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • HR Generalist:
    • Monitor staff performance and attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties to ensure seamless support.
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives to facilitate efficient operations.
    • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and fairness.
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) to ensure accurate payment.
    • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews to facilitate efficient recruitment.
    • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
