Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in delivering a seamless experience for our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizational Support: Assist in organizing monthly colleague committee meetings, take and update meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Colleague Support: Provide day-to-day support to colleagues, including responding to queries and questions, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Recognition and Rewards: Coordinate the Colleague of the Month/Supervisor of the Quarter/Leader of the Quarter/Trainer of the Quarter processes, including nominations, certificates, and presentations.
  • Team Engagement: Plan and prepare Team Gathering and Town Hall Meetings, including scheduling, invitations, presentations, and decorations.
  • GM's Lunch Events: Organize the monthly GM's lunch events, including booking the venue, sending out invitations, and ensuring a smooth execution.
  • Document Management: Prepare ID cards, maintain and update HR noticeboards, and ensure the accuracy of dependent visa tracking and renewals.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist colleagues with vacation planning, ticket booking, and repatriation, and liaise with the travel agency to ensure seamless business travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and issue monthly colleague newsletters, process HR-related letters and certificates, and maintain accurate records of employee data.
  • Leavers Process: Smoothly handle leavers process, including resignation, transfer, and termination of contract, ensuring clearance process, visa cancellation, and final payment are in order and timely.
  • Code of Ethics: Follow up and track Code of Ethics acknowledgements, and ensure all colleagues are aware of and adhere to the code.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Assist with ad-hoc requests from the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture/ Director of Talent & Culture, and maintain a systematic order of the HR shared drive.
General Responsibilities:
  • Professionalism: Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high standards of social skills, and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
  • Company Image: Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times, and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
  • Commitment: Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times, and identify a high level of commitment to the hotel.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar HR role within a 5-star hotel is desirable.
  • Education: Post-secondary school education is required.
