Senior Associate, SMC Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, SMC Marketing to join our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization at Snap Middle East FZ-LLC. This role will be responsible for building compelling marketing content to drive advertiser acquisition and retention for various marketing channels, including paid media, on-platform notifications, and Snap's web properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategy for business development and mid-market sales programs based on business KPIs, industry trends, and customer insights.
  • Own and develop customer-centric content strategy that directly supports SMC's business development and revenue goals in the region.
  • Utilize knowledge of digital ad products to create relevant and effective content geared towards small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Ideate on content initiatives to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative.
  • Lead lifecycle, SEO, and Data Science teams to test and learn content and messaging on web surfaces and to optimize marketing content for specific audience segments and customer journeys.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising.
  • Lead content creation with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience.
  • Identify ways to continuously uplevel modules, templates, and design aesthetic across web, emails, and paid ads.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years experience in content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with hands-on content creation in digital marketing.
  • Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity
